Reportage of one day on a yacht in Cinque Terre

Our lovely clients rented a stunning 24 mts yacht to go to , and we had wonderful day yesterday!

Our clients decided to rent the boat right from Forte dei Marmi. The pick up was at 10.00 from the little port of Cinquale. A tender took us (5 people) to the boat which was waiting for us just few meters far from the port. (for more info about renting a boat in Forte dei Marmi click Luxury Yachts Rental Italy )
On the boat the Captain and Martina, the hostess, welcomed us with a light drink. Then Martina showed us our cabins (which were like hotel rooms, with wood and beautiful details everywhere). we could wear our bath suit and be ready for our day on the boat!

We quick arrived to the little Island of Palmaria, where there was a beautiful green water, and decided to bath. We swimmed around, arriving to some beautiful caves on the bank. After the bath we were served an aperitif on the open dining room terrace of the boat: watermelon, fresh fruits, focaccia with salami, pecorino and prosciutto, white wine Vintage Tunina, which was fabulous!
We had an other hour to arrive to Vernazza, where our hostess booked for us a beautiful restaurant with sea view. so we could work on our tan and sunbath on the fly of the boat! Around we met a lot of beautiful sailing boats and yachts!
When we arrived to Vernazza, the pearl of Cinque Terre, the water was so blue and transparent that we couldn’t resist and had a dive! we swimmed and refreshed, than – a quick shower, light make up and dress up, ready to go and have lunch!
A little white and blue boat, a typical Ligurian one, took us to the little port of Vernazza. Pietro, the owner, told us that big boats can’t go into the gulf, have to wait outside. We arrived in five minutes, and we took a tour of Vernazza, this beautiful typical Ligurian ancient town of Cinque Terre!
Our restaurant was on sea-view terrace ON an ancient military Tower or XVIIIth century, which guarded the town from pirates. Italian history and Italian cooking at their best! We had a tasty crudo di mare and Lobster spaghetti, drunk a stunning Rosé  looking at the sea and at the gulf.
Then, we called Pietro to go back to the boat, and oplà! Again the swim suit – again a dive! We swimmed an hour at list, snorkeling (we saw an enormous skate and a lot of little fish!) than – watermelon break at 16.30 was really good!
While we were tanning the Captain set out to come back to Forte dei Marmi – we had just the right time to tan and sunbath (and, hmmm have a nap), we arrived to Forte dei Marmi in 1 hour and 40 minutes. I decided to have a warm shower in my cabin and change,  so I was ready to have dinner with friends in Forte, Urrà!
Beautiful day, stunning yacht and very kind personnel! Thanks to the Captain and to our hostess Martina for the service!
 We’ll come again! 🙂
